Autism Victory (“Autism Victory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Autism Victory mobile application and the related websites at autismvictory.app and autismvictory.com (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
The Service is designed for parents, caregivers, and family members of individuals with autism and is intended for adults.
Information you provide: name, email address, account credentials, and information you enter into our AI-powered features — for example, your state of residence, your caregiving situation, and details about the person you care for — so we can suggest programs that may be relevant to you.
Payment information: When you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We receive limited billing details such as your subscription status, the last four digits of your card, and transaction history.
Information collected automatically: device information, app usage, log data, and similar analytics generated when you use the Service.
Cookies and similar technologies: we and our providers use cookies and similar technologies on our websites to operate the Service and measure our advertising.
A note on sensitive information: Some information you choose to share — such as details about a diagnosis or a person’s disability — may be considered sensitive. We use it only to provide the features you request, and we do not sell it.
Our eligibility finder and application-assistance tools use third-party artificial-intelligence technology (including services provided by Anthropic) to generate responses based on the information you enter. That information is transmitted to our AI provider solely to produce a response for you, and our providers are instructed to process it only to deliver the Service. AI-generated output is provided for informational purposes only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is not professional advice.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information in the following limited ways:
Service providers / processors: Stripe (payment processing), RevenueCat (subscription management), our AI provider (Anthropic), and our cloud-hosting and analytics providers, each of which processes information on our behalf.
Advertising and analytics partners: We use tools such as the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may receive limited event information, such as page views and purchases.
Legal and safety: when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Depending on where you live — for example, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or Utah — you may have additional rights, including to access, delete, and correct your information and to opt out of certain processing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us at support@autismvictory.app.
The Service is intended for adults — caregivers and family members — and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand and consent that your information will be processed in the United States.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
